My wife, mother-in-law, and I go here almost every single morning on our early morning ventures. The staff are always warm amd friendly. My wife has a special request that they grab her French Cruelller from the middle of the tray (she likes them super soft), and they have no problems accommodating her request. Best Dunkin' around!
So I was here as a vendor and needed in the office to do something. However, I needed to wait because an employee was doing something with peanut butter…..on the floor. Now, I understand not having enough space to do everything, but I think being locked away in an office in the floor is probably not the best solution. So I guess I would avoid anything with peanut butter here.

They don't often pay attention to how many flavor shots you ask for. They have no issue fixing an order if something ends up wrong though. Some staff mean-mugs you though & sometimes I'm a bit frightened to stop there before work but my dunkin coffee is what makes work tolerable so I go anyways. I just wish sometimes people had a smile instead? I get it, work sucks but damn...
