Was told over five times be right with you. Stood back as I couldn't stand the smell. Another person came in and they waited on him instantly I went back up to the counter and was told be right with u again. After 15 minutes of this I finally had enough of staring at my food getting cold and wasn't going to pay for it and told a waitress to cancel my order. Will definitely not be going back again. It's a shame I used to love this restaurant.

I was bothered because me and family waited to get seated and then realized maybe we did not have to get seated since we were standing there for a long time. We eventually sat down and then we waited for almost 20 minutes to get our waitress. No one ended up coming to wait on us and one of the rude waitresses came right past us and did not acknowledge us. We did not think we had to be waited to be seated because the sign was stupidly covered up by an Easter sign. They waited on a giant group of people but did not care about a group of 3 including me. As we finally decided to get up one of the waitresses pushed into my grandma and rudely said “excuse me”. When we were waiting they did not even say that they would be with us.

I ordered food from this place to get food for my family. It was ordered at 538. It was ready for pick up at 625. I arrived on time to a crowded restaurant. The staff was chaotic. There was food stacked up for miles. Multiple strombolis and pizzas coming out the oven. They asked me for my order. It was 25 min before I got asked a second time for my order. It was another 15 before I got my pizza, pepperoni rolls and chicken salad. They than said the chicken salad wasn’t ready because the chicken needed cooked. It was already 45 min after due time for pick up. I walked out without the chicken for the salad and the pizza was cold. The pizza was subpar and the rolls were good but I would not recommend this place for timely service. Don’t come here for quick service or accurate service.

The food was delicious and actually very very cheap (less than $40 for 2 adults and 1 kid for 3 full meals with sides and drinks) and the portions are way more than anyone could possibly eat alone. 2 of us got the chicken parm and the other got chick alfredo and all 3 of us had enough left over to have a second full meal each. The service was very exceptional, with wait staff being very friendly and attentive. Our waitress, Leah, checked on our meals and drinks at perfect times where none of us were waiting for drinks or anything else we might have needed. The restaurant was very clean and comfortable even when they were almost packed full of customers. We also spent some time in the arcade which I can remember being much bigger when I was a kid going there but then again we went to a restaurant not an arcade. Highly recommend this restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Small arcade with a few older games that kids enjoy.
