This place is wonderful. It is small but the food is homemade and everyone there is lovely. We recently had a big group and they accommodated us with no warning or reservation and were patient and flexible. The food was fantastic. It will always be my go to place in Kennett Square.
I guess I like novelty. When my wife and I entered every head turned to look at the Anglos. They spoke a little more English then we did Spanish and it worked out ok. The room is very plain there is a party room in the back and the food was ok - I find La Pena up by the car dealer has better food - this place has a different style of food; for example we had an avocado salad that featured a lovely arrangement of avocado slices but they were not as flavorful as they could be. I had a pretty great experience at El Rinconsito with my family. Employees were friendly and food came out very fast. The food was delicious and very authentic. I would 100% return and recommend.
