The online ordering system is challenging to navigate - laggy and confusing to understand the options. There was no progress tracker or any feedback about when our order would be ready for pickup. I just showed up 30 minutes later. They forgot to add our flan to the brown bag they stapled - make sure to check your order before leaving the store. I called and they said we could come back but I was already at home. They said I would get credit in my account the next time I ordered...read full review
The food is fabulous here my only issue is ordering online…. the website times you out at any given moment even when you are in the middle of ordering. I was at checkout and hit the button to place my order and it timed me out….. this is extremely frustrating when you’re ordering for multiple people as it feels like you’re racing against the clock to get your oder it. Really hope they fix this issue so i don't have to redo the order 3 or 4 times before beating the clock…..

Outstanding slow cooked pork taco. Very friendly service. Inexpensive. Wish I lived closer so I could visit more often. Hot sauce is great. Tried the one labeled hot - and it was. Did not try the fire. The Red Sombrero is head and shoulders above any fast food taco place, and better than many more expensive restaurants. Go there and enjoy.
