Sovana Bistro is a great venue for a small party. I was there years ago for a bridal shower and recently for a baby shower. The private room we were in was comfortable and bright even on a rainy day. Guests were seated at long tables, and food was on a buffet table.
The meal was delicious. I had pomegranate and cherry glazed duck leg: sweet and savory with a crispy skin. My wife had the wild boar bolognese. We shared the wood roasted mushrooms which were rich and savory.There was a miscommunication between the hostess and the waiter so we had a bit of a wait before we were served.
