“I run on Dunkin daily and hate to say it but this dunkin ran itself into the ground! I use mobile ordering so that I don’t have to wait longer then normal…but usually have to anyhow. Like most people it’s your morning coffee that puts a smile on your face…sadly this location will have you more upset then good. I will however give it to the men that work here, they seem to be more attentive to their everyday customers then the women who work…correction…are employed here.“
“Because of this locations size, they don't carry everything that a typical DD restaurant might carry. For example, I've been unable to order a sandwich with Ciabatta bread or the vanilla bean coolatta. It can be very busy in the mornings from the mall staff so be prepared to wait. I also recommend checking your order before walking away. I've received completely wrong orders several times but the staff is always super nice about it and makes it right.“
