Ok so I work in the mall so I always order from this Starbucks and my service is A1 every time. But I just wanted to leave this particular review because one of the managers went above and beyond for me. So I did a mobile order but when I got there they didn’t have 1 of my items. James (Store manager) was attentive, great customer service proactive and very customer service oriented. And made my Matcha latte very good. The store was clean and very well interior design. Definitely I would come back here. 10/10 ❤️
