I ordered the biscuits and gravy and I’m still questioning how something so simple could taste so life-changing. I’ve had my fair share over the years, but this? This was next level. Like, “start-a-fan-club” good. The real MVP, though? Kelly, our server! She was an absolute rockstar—super friendly, quick with the coffee, and treated our 4-year-old daughter like royalty. Seriously, my daughter is now convinced she’s famous. “I just picked up my first order. Baby back ribs and Brisket. (no sides) I had to try the brisket right there in the parking lot. Oh. My. Goodness!! The flavor and tenderness was amazing. I grabbed a rib at the first traffic light. Again, amazing. My guy and I love smoked meats. Sadly there's not much around this town. 35 mile round trip was worth it. 5 stars. Thumbs up. Full belly. “New owner changed stuff. Little things like garlic bread from old owner was down graded to garlic roll on tue antipasto salad. Salad feeds 4 but 1 roll leaves people wanting.
I should have figured new owner who say they won't change things would go and change things. New menus dont read like menu borders. Not impressed.”
