“Wasn't really sure what to expect at this stop, since it's kinda out of the way, but we are glad we stopped. Turns out they had some good beer! A nice hazy was had by me :) And I had a small pour of their Apple Sour, with a cinnamon sugar rim... Yummy little dessert beer. For food, we did try the Churros, and the teenager and I were both very happy with them. Beertenders were great.”

I ordered the biscuits and gravy and I’m still questioning how something so simple could taste so life-changing. I’ve had my fair share over the years, but this? This was next level. Like, “start-a-fan-club” good. The real MVP, though? Kelly, our server! She was an absolute rockstar—super friendly, quick with the coffee, and treated our 4-year-old daughter like royalty. Seriously, my daughter is now convinced she’s famous. If you’re looking for great food, top-notch service, and the kind of place that feels like a warm hug after a chilly t-ball morning—Big Irene’s is it. “I just picked up my first order. Baby back ribs and Brisket. (no sides) I had to try the brisket right there in the parking lot. Oh. My. Goodness!! The flavor and tenderness was amazing. I grabbed a rib at the first traffic light. Again, amazing. My guy and I love smoked meats. Sadly there's not much around this town. 35 mile round trip was worth it. 5 stars. Thumbs up. Full belly. “I helped organize a wedding shower here with Gail's help. When we had a few last minute RSVPs and changes, Gail was so wonderful and worked to help make the necessary changes. The venue is as cute as heck, well-maintained and was ready to go when we arrived. Drinks were delicious and Bonnie, our server/bartender, was so friendly and helpful. I definitely can not recommend this place enough!”

“New owner changed stuff. Little things like garlic bread from old owner was down graded to garlic roll on tue antipasto salad. Salad feeds 4 but 1 roll leaves people wanting.
I should have figured new owner who say they won't change things would go and change things. New menus dont read like menu borders. Not impressed.”
