As soon as we walk in can tell no one mopped the floor it was so sticky a old guy was premaking when it wasn't busy plus your heating lamps weren't working so fries were cold I was there for 10 minutes before I was waited on after placing my order I used the restroom big surprise it wasn't clean up on getting are food you could tell fries were cold and mixed with old ones and the roast beef wasn't done I am currently sick in bed because of the food and Will be notifying the health department

Stars are mostly for the always good Arby’s food and the aesthetics of the dining area itself. I do have to admit that my latest experience was a bit questionable. My activities of this particular day led me to not having dinner until much later than normal. Because of this, I thought I’d go light and go here for a small roast beef and some curly fries. I got there around 9:30 PM and while this was close to their 10 PM closing and also, while the employees weren’t rude to me, I felt things were rushed and the vibe of “we are closing” was quite evident. They didn’t even give me the option of dining. Especially with the weather that night, I would have been more inclined to eat there. It would have taken me no more than 10 minutes with what I got. If I knew this was going to be grab’n’go, I would have gone to Turkey Hill and got something cheaper. Additionally, they nearly dumped the bag of food when attempting to hand it to me and a piece of curly fries dropped. Call me crazy but I didn’t even have the bag in hand yet when this happened and with prices of food, I would rather that fry ending up in my mouth instead of a sacrificial piece on the floor. I also requested Arby’s sauce. Got out to my car with my food and no sauce. If having dining until closing is an issue. Post signage on door accordingly.

Went thru the drive thru, ordered fout sandwiches, got home and there was only three!. Called the restaurant and the manager refused to do anything about it! What happened to customer service? Asked for a coupon in the mail and they would not do it. This really sucks!
