Order delivered to wrong address. No biggie mistakes happen. Called store and they weren’t going to do anything about it until my wife raised her voice. Then the lady on the phone said “fine we will give you a refund”. Never an apology. It is ok to make a mistake but own it.

She was very friendly and provided what I would say was the best customer service I have received at any restaurant ever. This place is the worst. Firstly, how do you do business in a country where you don't understand the language. When placing the order I gave my full address to the order guy 5X, and the delivery driver drove to another city, and he couldn't understand English either! The guy who took my order was very snarky with me and when I called back to let him know his driver was in another town, again he made me repeat my address, like, 10x, then I spelled it, once he understood, he questioned my address to me as if I hadn't repeated it to him 20X. It was closing time by then, but he told me to call back in 10 minutes so he could refund my money. I asked him will he answer the phone because I knew they were closing. Mr. Repetitive repeatedly told me yes, bc he had to wait for the driver to return and the driver still had another order to get out. I called back 10 minutes later, guess who didn't answer the phone? What position was I left in? But to repeatedly call. He still didn't answer the phone. So I called him again from my regular number which shows up on his caller ID, and simultaneously called from a second number. Guess which number he answered? The second number...bc he didn't think it was me! The shenanigans is ridiculous. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. How they are able to get away with this mess is beyond my imagination. The guys name is Ayden- The absolute worst!!!***Update: here's there response, Now it's my fault:"Then start ordering from your own city ma'am we don't care about your opinion about other peoples lives. Cook your own food if you're not gonna be respectful to minimum wage workers, we will be working with our respectful customers instead of you. Also stop bothering our driver from his personal phone number. We will be blocking you from this business have a great life without bothering our respectful workers even agains someone like you -Management"
