placed an order online for drive-thru pick up. was told they did not have nacho cheese for the loaded nacho cheese burger that i ordered. not that they ran out -- just didn't have it. its still on their menu.
The ONLY redeeming quality is the food. The attitudes of the later employees is terrible. And as a parent and manager, I blame the management for not enforcing a better customer service policy. The place was definitely overstaffed, yet they were trying to push people through the lines. I want even given all my food, and when I asked for the missing food the girl at the window rolled her eyes at me... yet in literally 2 seconds had all 3 of my missing Frosty's. We went there after a sporting event to grab a quick meal. No one was behind us at the drive thru. I forgot to add 2 frostys to my order so we pulled up to the window and I asked if the cashier could add 2 frostys to my order. She very quietly just said "no add ons at the window". I asked if she could just do another order while we're sitting here and we can pay, again she just said "no add ons at the window".
