I don’t know how it was made to be so flavorful, but it was absolutely delicious. So many breakfast joints just slap together ingredients onto a bagel/bread and it doesn’t meld together at all. But this was perfect! You could definitely tell it was made with quality ingredients. The cheese and bacon were especially delicious. I added guacamole and that tasted excellent too. The kitchen is quick and my friends and I have always enjoyed our selections. There is ample parking out front and even some secret spots in the back if you can get them. Front and rear entrances offer great access. Customers include an eclectic crowd of locals and visitors, young and old, moms and babies, friends and families, singles and groups, and even a few old timers! The store is family owned and the personal touch shines through in everything they do! There's lots of seating downstairs and up, the ordering line moves quickly, and I've even shared a table during the busiest times. Carnegie Coffee opens early and is open through the day. It is centrally located in the mix of restaurants and shops that comprise Carnegie's Main Street and downtown. This is a great place to take a break in historic Carnegie Borough!“
