Shout out to the girl who was working today at 3:30PM and made my Venti Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha. She definitely knew what she was doing and even put Lt ice despite not requesting it but it was so good! She made it really well and was very prompt and nice :)

This review is NOT a reflection of the staff whatsoever. But more so about the company in general. Anymore when I go to a Starbucks I am waiting forever for my order because there aren't enough employees. And the ones that are there are running around like chickens with their heads cut off doing an amazing job. Maybe you should consider paying your employees more of a livable wage so that you could have a fully staffed store for once. It's not fair to the customers to suffer and it definitely should NOT come down on the employees either. Pay. More.

I order from here alot as its pretty close to my house. My favorite drink is the London Fog Tea Latte. Its almost always made right at this location unless someone new is making it. I got the cinnamon coffee cake today which I actually didnt care for. It tasted old. I usually enjoy most of their bakery items and breakfast sandwiches.

This piece of Pistachio & Raspberry Loaf cake was SO delicious. My husband and I have gone to many different Starbucks all over the World. This Starbucks was located in Newcastle, UK. At all of the Starbucks we have visited over the years, we have always gotten great food and coffee and received great service!
