This afternoon I was waiting in the drive thru and witnessed two employees beat an injured rat with a broom in the parking lot. I understand wanting the rodent away from the establishment but it was obviously already injured and could have easily been scooted from the parking lot to the grass, not whacked with a broom multiple times and then flung into the grass. What's the point in ordering in the on the go app... If a person can walk in place an order and get it quicker then you filling my order placed 10 minutes prior?????? Plus then waited 5 minuted to be acknowledged. Then got told the on the go orders get filled in order they print..... mind you the coffee was sitting there ready.
