Very bad service, they’re rushing you when there’s no one behind me in the drive through, they’re telling me to pull to first window when I’m not done ordering and I’m not being rude at all.

Had a staff member refuse me the free veterans meal on Veterans Day and laugh in my face. The regional manager called me shortly after and sent me a coupon for a free meal and apologized, so I was happy with the outcome, I suppose.

Sooo Everytime I order on door dash, Im missing stuff that I paid for.. so I started using their app? it's always busy, I have to pull on the side ( what's the point of preordering on the app? THEN IM STILL MISSING Stuff FROM THE ORDERS once I get home!

I made my order. The cashier repeated my order to me. I confirmed stating my order again. Wait 15 minutes while the lobby was relatively empty (only 2 people ordering at the kiosk inside and I was the first car in the line of 4 at the drive thru), get my food.....AND.....the completely wrong order! Walk back inside, didn't help that it was raining this day, wait another 5 minutes and get my order, was told don't worry about the price difference between what i was given and what I ordered. Left feeling like I want to avoid this location in the future.

I went here on my 20 minute lunch break and ordered 2 hot and spicy mcchickens. I was told to pull up to the third drive thru window since my food needed time to cook. I sat there for almost 15 minutes while about 10 cars ordered, got their food and left. The amount of time I waited was one thing but I finally went to eat my food and I had 1 hot and spicy mcchicken and 1 normal chicken sandwich AND it was wrapped in a hot and spicy sandwich wrapper. VERY disappointed with the service I received.

Once again, ordered hot mocha thru app & not available when I get there, plus this time I was in rush and saw drive-thru had 5 or 6 cars so changed in app to inside pick up... after standing inside for additional 5-7 mins 1st waiting patiently then attempting to get someone's attention... now 11 mins after ordering on app, I received call from person waiting for me to pick them up so I raised my voice and asked if my mocha, order # was ready & finally got there attn, unfortunately they claimed they never received my order even after I showed paid for order on app ... no longer having time to wait after 14 mins wait so left without my mocha ? not end of world but frustrating given it's not 1st time, mocha machine down or cleaned but allows to order on app
