I frequent Little Dippers all the time with my kids and our friends. The ice cream is delicious. They have options from the Penn State Creamery, and less expensive hand dipped options. The flavors are always unique and there are plenty of them to try. They even offer a drive-thru with a large-print menu that is easy to read and understand. Good old fashioned drive in place. Wonderful selection of ice cream and delicious soft serve too! And dips! They serve Penn State creamery ice cream among others. Service is always prompt, polite, and efficient. Downsides are a limited drink selection and charge for cones. A small hand dipped Penn State ice cream was close to $8. The quality will keep me coming back though. And nice extended evening hours.
