This Sonic is has the worst service ever. I have a special need niece who was trying to order her food and the one taking the order was very very rude because my niece was trying to explain how she wanted her order so because they didn’t understand her they told her to leave and she was mad. I hate the discrimination against people with special need kids and young adults.
Placed a mobile order and it was promised to be done at 1:59PM. Waited over 30 mins to get cold, nasty tasting food. It’s funny they cleared the stall progress as soon as we got there, probably to make their numbers look good. Don’t recommend this location. The one by Tanger in Lancaster seems to be faster.

Went here the other day just for ice cream. Pulled up to place my order and was asked if I could wait a minute, ok no problem. After I place my order and pull around, person in front of me pulls out and then I proceeded to sit there for 15 minutes or more. Thank goodness I didn’t order food, I probably would’ve been there for 15 more minutes. I felt bad for the cars behind me, ridiculous!
