“We stopped in at about 1:40 on a Sunday Afternoon. There was no wait to order. The cashier was friendly, the food was hot and the restaurant was fairly clean. Only three stars on atmosphere because it *is* a fast food place not usually designed for "atmosphere".“
“We took a trip here because I begged my husband and so he gave me a gift card. The food was delicious and hot. The staff is friendly. I am so excited and pleased because it itches a craving for unique drinks and good food. We got chili hot dogs and 3 sides and 2 drinks to try. We will come back!“

Must try their seasonal menu for even more delicious surprises. While prices can be a bit high, I believe it's reasonable for the quality. According to other reviewers, they have a parking lot behind the restaurant, but I usually park on the street. The staff is friendly, adding to the overall experience.“

“Heard about Riverside Subs on the Hoagie Gurus page on Facebook and since we're only about 25 minutes away, thought I'd give it a shot. Definitely glad I did! The hoagies were excellent, with some of the best bread I've had. Portions were generous and everything was of good quality. Great service too. I'll be back to try other menu items. As a side note, check out their website for the "secret menu" items.“
“Great friendlys location in Lancaster,PA! I have been here several times mostly for takeout, and the service is extremely fast and the food is always cooked just right! I am always greeted upon opening the door and I’m in and out quickly. Couldn’t ask for a better takeout experience! And the parking lot was full outside and my food was still prepared speedy! “Great burgers, flavor is great, and cooked perfectly how I liked them. They have unlimited wedge cut fries which are excellent. There is a topping bar with all types of toppings for your burgers, but my favorite is the melted hot cheese you can top the burger or your fries with, all of which are unlimited. You can customize the size you want for the burger from 1/3, 1/2, 2/3 and even a Pound burger believe it or not! They also have a great selection of different type of meat, Bison, Elk and Kobe Beef, which all are great. I am a fan of the bison which is really good! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and place was kept very clean, the staff would even take the trash off of your table for you. I would highly recommend here as they do have great burgers and selection. To addition there is an option for plant based burgers and salads, as they have Beyond Burgers.Kid-friendliness: Good kids meals with options of hog dog/burgers/grilled cheese/chicken fingers, can even upgrade kids drink to a kids milkshake, kids meals start at 7.99“
“Service was top notch and even tho they were busy, we were well taken care of! Caesar salad was really good had an interesting take on the dressing. I can’t figure out what made it special but it sure was yummy. Pepperoni/sausage pizza was wood fired and yummy!!!! Ended with a slice of creamy Tiramisu !!! SO GOOD!!!!! Definitely coming back! Worth an 1 1/2 hour drive!“
