Do not go to Mt pocono burger king at 9pm. We ordered a couple of whoppers and whopper juniors and a chicken wrap. The chicken wrap was still frozen and the whoppers were ice cold. We took them inside and they put them in the microwave to warm them up instead of giving us new fresh ones. Very disappointed. Last time I go to that burger king mt pocono.

Manager, they are unprofessional, asked for fresh burger and fries, received cold burger, also the 2 Managers who work's their smells and don't look presentable for food business. It took me , 4 years , since I came back to burger King but now, I'm done.We need to start boycotting them.,because place not cleaned or people there smelling bad. People if you love yourself, leave burger King alone.

Burger King is always a favorite. At this store, I was missing items and had to pull over and go back. The fish my wife ordered was old. Asked for certain things not to be in the sandwiches, and they were there.It's understandable that it's fast food, but even then, slow down a bit.They had good character, at the least.
