Greasy potato pancakes. Horribly plated food made everything unappetizing. Requests for hollandaise on the side not on eggs benedict was ignored which was made worse by the hollandaise being a broken and separated gloppy mess. Flavorless sauteed spinach. Pot roast plated haphazardly nearly off the side of the plate. Basically a horrendous meal for all 4 of us at the table. You don't have to try harder for us, we'll never go back!

There's a short and very skinny hostess who favors white customers but our waitress was wonderful. The hostess was definitely the only negative experience we had. This is our second trip to the area and we've been to this Perkins before. It wasn't like this last time. That was the first time in my entire life that a Perkins employee made my family and me feel uncomfortable. I'm nearly 30 and this is the first time a Perkins staff member acted so ugly.When we arrived, the hostess seated us but didn't offer us a booster seat for our toddler and she didn't offer us anything- not even a coloring paper for our little one but when she seated a white man a few tables over, she was so pleasant to him and asked him if he needed water while he waited for the waitress to come.Our waitress was kind, helpful, and attentive and she gave us the coloring paper. She was more than made up for how awful the hostess was.Kid-friendliness: the hostess will give you a booster seat and a coloring sheet for your little one if you're not black. if you are, you'll get it from your waitress

We are in the area for a Couples Getaway and we were greeted and attended to by Dawn.Dawn was pleasant, healthful and amazing from our first encounter to the end.She gave us a great dining experience with nice conversation and laughs.
Rudest waitress I’ve ever had. We went there tonight as part of a large group. The restaurant had been called in advance and knew we were coming. When we got there one of the waitresses was extremely rude, to the point where if it wasn’t a special occasion for a group of kids, I would have left. They acted like we were a huge inconvenience. My family will never go back.Edit—Just found out this morning that the “rude waitress” was actually the manager! ???
