I’m very disappointed in my experience at this location today. The person operating the window was rude and didn’t even say anything to us just tossed the bag of food and slammed the window closed as we said thank you. I have never had an experience like this one. No have a good day or anything. Very rude in my eyes.

The worker at the window drive thru was very nasty and unprofessional it was a male white with blonde hair and glasses working 2/20/24/@1230pm he has no respect and cursing customers in front of the manager that don’t now how to do her job also allowed him to disrespect customers in front of her week manager makes a Business a mess all business need a strong manager Business need a strong manager.at all times

I usually have issues with my orders when it comes to ordering from this particular Wendy's sometimes staff isn't very nice either and when you complain about an order they made wrong it's always something but today was horrible first the worker who took my order at the drive through was rude and then when I approached the window to pay he was even ruder but what got me upset was he was ranting about customers and said " customers are idiots because when they get there order wrong they complain for no reason" that was today around 12:50 on 2/20/24 if they get an order wrong which is almost all the time we can't complain because we're idiots ? It's wrong window was wide open I wasn't the only one who heard him because he wanted people to hear him he said it loud and the manager that was standing near him only tapped him and said don't say that real that's all he gets? It's crazy that we can't even say anything about our orders being messed up because we are "idiots" now shame on them I love maybe 2 workers from this Wendy's always nice always get orders correct but everyone else is poor service

Horrible customer service the lady in the front was extremely rude to employees and customers. When I first arrived she was yelling, commanding the customers to get off the counter because she has anxiety. Moreover, when I made my order I forgot to add sauces, so when I asked the lady for a sauce she told me no and that I had to order a meal to get sauces. I explained to her that I had gotten two meals and she ignored me. Food was ok though.
