Have been here quite a few times and never a problem but yesterday wasn’t the greatest. I asked for a smaller portion of their pork and sauerkraut but was told It would cost the same price as a regular portion. Well I did get it and planned to take half of it with me. Needless to say I forgot to take it with me. Had an iced tea to drink and for the size cup you get it sure wasn’t worth the price it cost. Waitress never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. A friend of ours loves this place ,and absolutely raves over one of their items (pot roast or meatloaf or something). We've tried it a few times, and never had a good experience. One that sticks out in my memory was a breakfast of bacon and eggs, and their bacon was barely cooked. No one likes chewy half-raw bacon. I think I got their chicken pot pie once before as well and it was OK. Overall very mediocre restaurant, but it's not like there's a plethora of choice in Myerstown.

Jamie did an amazing job with our cake and cake flavors. It was exactly what we wanted for our wedding. The apple spice cake was devine and the carrot cake was out of this world. Both so moist and light and not overly sweet. 10/10 would
