This one in Natrona hts is awful. Cold old food out of stuff half the time. They open and close when ever they want it's 4pm on a Sunday and they are closed. I live across the street so I know they just open and close whenever
This is exactly what happens when not only the store doesn't care about is customers, but the entire company just doesn't care either. First of all, this Natrona Heights location is a disgrace. It easily has the worst management/workers in not only ANY Burger King, but ANY FAST FOOD place I can remember being at. They mess up your orders, give you the sloppiest prepared food you will see, don't have onion rings way more than they shouldn't, and they are horribly slow and inefficient, leaving you trapped in their disgrace of a drive through operation. Case in point... Over a week ago, I went to the drive through and was only behind 1 car. After over 10 MINUTES of them not taking the order in front, I got out of my car, went to the actual restaurant window to see what was going on. Everything was locked and I got back into my car, 10 minutes after that, they took my order. They said "sorry for the wait, we were busy". The restaurant is not open and they only had 1 car's order, BS. So I get my food, drive home and opened my 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers to find that they were both cold and there was 1 half strip of bacon on both. Fuming, I called customer service. The lady was cool, understood and sided with me. She did say that she lost her last job because she wouldn't abuse customers like management wanted. I assume the same thing happened here because it's been over a week and I have never heard back. Burger King should be ashamed as the McDonald's down the street runs like a well oiled machine. If you aren't going to hire better management, just close down because this location is hurting the brand.
