“I just left your Arby's in Natrona Heights and I would like to recognize the person taking orders at the window. The person in the car in front of me was placing 2 orders. Each order was over $30 For each order, she requested items you no longer carry and had to choose something else. Needless to say, it took quite some time to come up with something that she was satisfied withYour person taking the order handled everything very professionally and respectfully. She should be commended for her actions. I'm not sure I would have been as nice as she was. Good work.“

The McDonald's franchise owner in Natrona Heughts should buy the store in Lower Burrell. The Natrona Heights McDonald's staff is friendly, efficient, the food great & the store is spotless. “I've been coming here for years. They're pretty consistent. The customer service has always been satisfactory, at the least, the food has always been well prepared and portioned, and the restaurant has never been filthy. This is one of my favorite Taco Bells, if I had to choose.“

If you want better service from them, be better customers! I can personally attest to the level of compassion to simply want to make sure you get what you ask for, comes from this establishment! “They give you a lot of fries. I don't have an issue with the food. It's the price that is way higher than other fast food burger places. “While dine in Pizza Huts are a dying breed, this location is absolutely fantastic in keeping the nostalgia alive. For my time here our waitress, Carol, was absolutely phenomenal and an excellent employee. She is amazingly friendly and makes sure everyone is accommodated whilst not being overbearing and pushy. She makes the entire experience so much more positive and joyous. Needless to say I hope to see her again next time I come.“
