Starwood Restaurant in New Castle PA is where I go locally when I want prime rib. Call first, but Sundays, oh man is it good. Great dining room. Reminds me of The Brown Derby. Service is always good. There is a front of house bar with nice dining area going on as well. Hey, they also have great hoagies. A very very good Philly Cheese. French dip.Starwood is a great go-to for meeting friends and family. I have no reservations about saying you will have a great lunch or dinner there.I had some great pictures of prime rib Linda and I got. But I delete my pictures after posting, and Google lost my (and everyone else’s) reviews.And that is how much I like Starwood. Updating places I really like, even after Google torched everyone’s reviews when they moved to Google Maps.

Our Tuesday night at Starwood's for trivia was a blast! Word of it came from friends and my husband and I decided to give it a try – and what a refreshing twist to our midweek routine! The trivia categories were totally different than anything I had ever played - it was a lot of fun! The music also made it a lively atmosphere and tuned it into an "event", not just a Tuesday night. Starwood's Bar has successfully carved a niche as the ideal spot for a midweek escape.

Have been here a few times and ordered takeout. I ordered a 16oz medium rare ribeye steak and a salmon salad. The 16 oz steak tasted like rotting milk. The steak was definitely a bad steak. The salmon salad was fine. Have tried to call a few times with no response.

Enjoyed a nice dinner tonight at The Starwood Restaurant this evening in New Castle, PA. The parking lot had plenty of parking spots so no issues there. The main dining area was closed for the evening, so we sat in the bar area. Our seating options were tables, booths or at the bar. I always choose a table, more comfortable for me. Our server was professional & polite. The atmosphere was inviting and relaxing. The menu had a nice selection of meals. I had the all American hamburger, absolutely delicious. Really enjoyed my dinner here this evening. I recommend you give this place a try.

40 years strong. This restaurant has a warmth and great feel. Food is good and service is quick. The bartender also knows exactly what she is doing. Amazing drinks.
Easily the worst steak I’ve ever had. It was way over cooked - I would’ve told the waitress but we never saw her again until it was time to bring the check. Wont be back, wouldn’t recommend. Theres too many great food places in new castle don’t waste your time with this one.
