“No food is served because you'll go to BURKE'S for a warm friendly hello ice cold beer and great conversation with 5 TV's to watch all the local sports games and the pool table is great or the shuffle board table will always have stiff competition going on. Stop in for great conversation and cold beer.“

“Castle Roxx is my go to stop. Every time I come I have a great experience. All of the bar tenders always are amazing and work so hard to make my experience the best in Manayunk. Eric and Vinny are two of my favorite bar tenders. They make even the slowest nights the most fun. I normally come during the week, as opposed to the weekends, and I never regret it.“

“Was in the area and looking for a convenient, yet filling meal. Didn't want fast food or greasy pizza, and saw this place had fresh, cooked meals. Got the chicken fried rice (since it reheats nicely). I was very pleasantly surprised by the meal. Had a delicious spiciness (Caribbean flavors maybe? ). Chicken wasn't some random unidentifiable chunks, either. Was real deal chicken. Kudos to the chef! I was very satisfied.“

While the bar is cash only the kitchen (a window on the back wall where the entrance is) takes cards, and makes delicious everything. I really enjoyed my stir fry (bright, flavorful, really generous portions) and crunchy delicious brussel sprouts (crispy, lightly greasy and addictive). They're open late (a Philly rarity) and less than 20 mins from The Mann, I highly recommend this place!Parking: Hard to find the lot, but plenty of spots.“
