“I have been to many Shake Shacks and have not had the best costumer service. However, at this location the staff were friendly and helpful! Once we ordered another staff member asked if my kids wanted a coloring packet. The packet came with coloring sheet, crayons and a big sticker. My kids LOVED it! Everyone was so helpful and kind. It made the whole experience enjoyable. My kids left the restaurant saying how much they loved shake shack! We will definitely be back!“

“New place. Came here via FB event, "Cars & Doughnuts". Small independent business. Pretty good mochi. I had a creme Brule mochi and a chai tea. I didn't like the Boba balls, tbh I don't get the fad surrounding them. Good service, they're gonna need more workers for sure, I can see this place getting popular. The chai was awesome, way better than any other place of recent memory. The mochi was good too, not too sweet like pastries you would find at a DD or Wawa. They didn't hurt my stomach and were quite pleasant. I will be returning.“

“Kong Dog is definitely a novel concept - just taking a food like corndogs and stretching it to an extreme as far as options, from ramen to fruity pebbles. Add onto that a unique style of fries, some other sides, and delicious flavors of lemonade, you have yourself quite a marketable idea.We got a potato cube-crusted cheese stick and it tasted JUST like cheese fries, very good ones at that. We might consider going here again for sure but it seems to be a hit!Parking: Where you end up will depend on date/time but there’s always parking available at KOP.“

Hand cut hot crispy fries, deliciously seasoned burgers on HOME MADE buttery pillow soft buns, and delicious milk shakes. Couldn’t get any better. This came out to around $30, which is refreshing in today's economy. The food itself was great, had good flavor, and was nicely sized for a meal.Staff was friendly, and the owner was there working alongside the employees and made a point to come out and talk to people as they came and went.The environment was very clean, tables were basically spotless, self serve fountain beverage area was well kept, and the floors and walls were clean and well maintained.Overall, a great little joint to hit for good, affordable food, and a great place for the whole family.“

“I love this pretzel factory. Everyone who works there is so nice! They're also really helpful- it's never a problem getting a pretzel tray, even on short notice. Also, about 90% of the time, the pretzels are fresh and warm. You're not always guaranteed fresh hot pretzels at any time of day, but it just seems like they're always right out of the oven here.“

“This location bakes their pretzels properly - crisp and golden brown. I go out of my way to get them here as my local Philly Pretzel stores undercook theirs. You would think a franchise would have more consistency. The Lansdale operation is a role model for the others.“
