“I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The chicken parmigiana I ordered exceeded all expectations; each bite was a perfect balance of tender chicken, flavorful tomato sauce, and gooey melted cheese. It’s evident that the chef takes pride in their craft, as the dish was cooked to perfection. Not only was the food exceptional, but the service was also top-notch. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of excellent. Their dedication to customer satisfaction truly made a difference and added to the overall enjoyment of the meal.”
“Not only the best hoagie shop in a very large area, the homaide soups and sides are outstanding, all of them!!! High-quality meat's and cheese from Deitz and Watson and a very generous portion size. If you have never tried them, you are definitely missing out.”
“The hookies is an awesome fire company. Everyone talks to each other. And will except other fire companies cards for the hookies. Nd don't have to be an member right away.”
“Cute little coffee shop. Loved the comfort feel you get the minute when you walk through the door. Great tasting coffee, muffin, and the queen breakfast sandwich. Workers are very friendly and welcoming. Will be back to try some more of their stuff.”
“The Best Takeout Food Spot in the Area! I always recommend Star Garden to friends and family, and am ALWAYS pleased by the quality of both the food and the great service! The employees are kind and helpful, and the wait is not very long. I always love ordering the Cream Cheese Wontons, and the Pork Fried Dumplings!Overall, I wholeheartedly believe Star Garden is a Must-Stop location for everyone!”
“Sorry to Brandi Hernandez for her bad experience. We have made some staff changes since you were in. I hope you come back to give it another try. I am the owner so if you have any issues with the staff, please let me know. I will address the issue.”
“All the times we’ve passed and we thought it was a Mexican restaurant. We stopped in today and it’s probably my favorite place now . Excellent food and the staff was so kind and sweet . Highly ”
“Just went out tonight to shoot pool and have a few drinks while our son was at his winter formal dance. Wasn't expecting to socialize with people as much as we did but it ended up being a great time meeting new people. Fun tavern with good spirited people!”
“Not sure how to rate service. You order and pay for your food at the cash register. There are no wait staff. The food is brought to the table by the kitchen staff. It's unusual but it worked. No complaint. The restaurant looked clean and was nicely decorated.Food was good.”
“Prepared in front of me and followed my order attentive to my request. Meats, cheese, veggies fresh and delicious. The best veggie wrap I have had so far...Vegetarian options: Veggie delite with fresh mozzarella is so delicious. Veggies are fresh and crisp!”
“Front Street Station is a pretty happening place on a Friday night! The food was delicious and portions were good. The staff is friendly and even though they were busy kept checking with customers. We will visit again!”
“This is a great place to eat and relax. The owner is so kind and very cool. They have great food with lots of support for other small businesses. Overall great place!”
“Eagles Wind Coffee House is a true hidden gem in our community, offering the most delectable and indulgent donuts that are sure to satisfy any craving. As someone who grew up in my family's butcher shop just down the street from the local bakery, I can confidently say that their donuts rival even the famed Amish ones. The variety at Eagles Wind is unparalleled, boasting an array of flavors and combinations to choose from. Whether you're in the mood for classic glazed, decadent chocolate, or unique specialty flavors, they have something to tantalize your taste buds. Not only are the donuts generous in size, but they are also bursting with flavor. Each bite offers a perfect balance of sweetness and richness, leaving you craving for more. And let's not forget about the feeling afterward - a sense of comfort and contentment washes over you, leaving you pleasantly satisfied and perhaps a little nappy (in the best way possible).Overall, Eagles Wind Coffee House is more than just a spot to grab a quick snack; it's a treasure to our community and a haven for donut lovers like myself. So, if you happen to find yourself in the area, do yourself a favor and treat yourself to one (or a few) of their heavenly donuts. You won't regret it.”
“What a pleasant surprise. Craig and Vicki took great care of us and the other tables that were dining.Suggested was the Nachos, and the stuffed Meatloaf with Mac and cheese. You could taste the smoky flavor throughout.I WILL be back. I need to give the brisket a go, and just about everything else.”
“Very expensive. Fifty dollars with tip for 2 omelets, 2 coffees and a side of bacon. The food was very good and so was the service. I think lunch would be a better deal for that much money.”
“We love this place, great country store brand hot dogs. I only have the sweet chili, I don't do spicy. Definitely worth a visit, you will love to squeeze in, in downtown ”
“Been there a few times with different groups of people and decided it was time to write. This has been a shockingly pleasant surprise! I avoided this location for years when it was a small, local run down bar. I only recently discovered it was completely renovated into a nice restaurant with an owner who clearly cares about ensuring the place remains high quality. The food has been spectacular. We've tried a variety of dishes, from burgers, pulled pork, a chicken sandwich, a shrimp dish, scallops, fresh cut fries, mac and cheese, and a lobster roll. All of is has been great. No complaints from anyone! What a gem for the Sunbury area! Definitely not typical for this area. The cooking staff still care about their craft. (To the staff - please don't lose your passion!) The atmosphere is down to earth, not pretentious, friendly, and warm. Good mix of classic rock always playing in the background. The servers have always been very kind, patient, and friendly. The drinks... the Peach LIT is absolutely amazing. Not a lot of dessert choices which is just fine given I'm usually quite full by the end. But, I did try the PB chocolate pie... oh so good. HIGHLY recommended!”
“Why on earth would you close at 2 on a Friday ….people work and can’t get the experience if you close at 2 every day this is mind blowing to me….we wanted to come for dinner but ended up with no choice to go to the Squeeze In bc we wanted hotdogs and they are open to serve you for dinner not just lunch….i think u should work on this at least be open later on a Friday and Saturday”
“♿ Accessible for manual and electric chairs. It's an older building but there is a ramp inside and there are tables. The food was delicious and worth venturing off the strip. I did a quick Google search as my son wanted pizza and saw JB's. They have plain and specialty pizza by the slice at lunch.I had the buffalo chicken ranch which I liked and then had a bite of my son's plain. Both were excellent. The prices too.The service was exceptional. They proactively caught a mistake on the bill and immediately fixed it. Thank you! And I would say this is a very family friendly place. There were many other children there too.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible. The parking lot can be a bit challenging if you have small casters but still easily manageable even with a toddler!”
“I grew up in the area and lived locally all my life. I discovered Elizabeth's about a year ago and would like to share some good news about my experiences with this dining establishment. They have consistently delivered over the top service and food. I am hooked on their salmon entrees as it's hard for me to choose anything else. Their salads and desserts are also truly amazing! Service with a smile in a charming clean environment is all part of the experience. I took my wife to Elizabeth's over the weekend for her birthday meal and once again the experience was awesome! To top it off, Elizabeth's comped the birthday dessert for my wife as they do this for birthdays and anniversaries. I didn't know that. Their prices are reasonable for the total experience you receive. In my opinion, Elizabeth's is the best restaurant in Lewisburg hands down. If you are looking to go out for 5 star food and service, this place is for you.”
“The Birria 10 tacos for $30 was actually a great deal! Three of these tacos and I was full! Surprising, because I typically can eat a LOT of tacos. I had just made these at home a few days earlier, and they were good enough here to have every night of the week! If I lived closer, that would be tempting :). Highly recommend! Most authentic place we have found around and we loved here from Houston!!”
“Mixed grill with flank steak, maduros, crab cake (wow) and grilled shrimp prepared with skill and spectacular flavor profiles - each distinct and complimentary as a meal. Regret not ordering the fried rice but next time that's a must.Don't let the basic tables & chairs, early and spare atmosphere discourage you. They are putting out the food and locals are seeing their neighbors here again and again. What a discovery that's also hard to find! Thank their competitor restaurants who said, "Big Mombos - Best in the area."”
“This is my favorite place to go have pizza and beer. The staff is always so pleasant and friendly. The Elvis is my favorite beer. ? I would recommend the grinder pizza.”
“My husband and I fell in love with this local spot as soon as we walked in. Small town diners are a favorite of ours and this one had plenty of charm! I wish I could give them 50/5 stars! The staff was immediately warm and friendly. We had burgers for breakfast and couldn't believe how good they were. We came by on several occasions within a couple of weeks and everything we tried was a hit and felt like it was homecooked. There's only 4 booths and a counter so beware you might be waiting for seating on a busy day. But I promise you will not be disappointed by this spot.”
“On our way to Buffalo we googled gluten-free and found this restaurant a couple of minutes out of our way.Arriving at the restaurant it looked a bit suspect. Walking in I was pleasantly surprised. It lent itself to a rustic vibe, welcoming and warm. Charming in a sense. It was made even more special by the lady behind the register. She and the staff fit right into this atmosphere. Friendly, helpful and outright amazing. You just want to strike up a deeper chat.We had a fold-over and pizza, both gluten-free. Let’s just say that it was superb !! Totally caught us off guard. From the visual aspect u just didn’t correlate that food to that place. In our rust we didn’t take photos and that really saddened me. I wish everyone can stop here and experience this. Amazing!!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free”
“Great mom and pop restaurant with a friendly atmosphere and cozy setting. Much better than a typical chain restaurant, you get home cooked quality food! Also very tasty ice cream and great specials. As shown in my photo, I got the fried haddock with mashed potatoes and broccoli salad.”
“My husband loved this place when he was growing up. I finally had a chance to visit and was not disappointed. He said it hadn't changed at all. Pizza crust was light and crispy. Will go back whenever we are in the area.”
“We have been here several times since they have opened. We were so excited when they first opened. The food was amazing and the staff was so accommodating! However our last 2 visits were extremely disappointing, our waitress was straight up rude so much so that we said we weren’t going back. We gave it another try after that and the food was very off, overdone and one of the dishes didn’t even contain the ingredients stated on the menu. I hope that they can get back to the quality they had when they first started out.”
“Excellent lunch spot in Lewisburg, authentic freshly made food served with a genuine smile! I teally liked the lentil soup, very different from what I make but so good.”
“A great brewery in downtown Northumberland. I’ve followed this place forever on Facebook, but this weekend was the first chance to visit in person, after getting a recommendation from two frequenters while eating on the strip. The staff were all incredibly friendly. They had a good mix of beer style selections, and their mixed drinks (specifically the old fashioned) were right up our alley.Sad we missed the nice weather to sit outside (or to have the garage door opened up to the outside), but just means we need to plan another visit!”
