“I am from Maryland. Having two kids going to college in Pittsburgh, I was introduced to Oakmont Bakery. Everything I’ve ever had has been amazing. There is a specific bagel that I am overwhelmingly obsessed with. I won’t even share which one because I want there to be bagels in stock when I go up there! Now that my daughter has a car at college, I won’t be there as often. Yesterday after college drop off, I got there in time to find 5 of my bagels left. I know I can order them for pickup (done it a few times). Nobody near me has bagels like this. Thanks for my obsession”

“We hosted my son’s wedding rehearsal dinner at Local Remedy Brewing and it was perfect! Maria and the team at Local Remedy were amazing to work with. So accommodating and hospitable. Can’t thank them enough for kicking off an amazing wedding weekend.”

“I got to try out there small bacon chessburger pizza for the very first time today and it was magically delicious 😋. I would definitely recommend if you want the greatest pizza in town come on down! “Pub 333 in Oakmont is hands down my top choice when it comes to vegetarian pizza. Since I don’t eat meat, I’m always looking for places that still bring full flavor, and they nailed it. The crust is perfect, the toppings are fresh, and the balance of flavors makes it one of the best veggie pizzas I’ve had. It’s not just the food, either. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe makes you want to stay and enjoy yourself. When a place gets both the food and the energy right, that’s worth a review from me. If you’re looking for a spot with great options, good people, and a relaxed atmosphere head over to Pub 333!”

“Although the food, service and atmosphere were excellent, the prices have gone up. Before you could order a dinner that included soup or salad. However, now it is ala carte. We had veal parmigiana and there was very little sauce.”

“A group of 5 of us visited Dish last night and the meals were amazing. Grilled Squid, the best I have ever had. Where else can you find it not breaded and fried? Add to that their amazing sardines so fresh and good. Pasta Funghi another high. Exquisite detail to taste in every dish. The owners go way out of their way to make you feel welcomed and happy and very satisfied. A must visit when you are lucky enough to get a reservation though other friends have happily sat at the bar for dinner just to be there!! Kudos to Dish!”

“We are so lucky to have an establishment like Baby Loves Tacos in the East End! This family not only knows how to make amazing tacos, burritos, etc., but they also know how to feed the soul of a community. From their donation based coffee station to their pay it forward meals to their community meals at the end of the day when they have some extra ingredients, everyone is treated with respect and dignity. If you are craving anything on their menu, you won’t be disappointed. This is a must visit establishment when in the neighborhood.”

“For six years I have been looking for a new favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh since my old favorite one closed. I have never found a place that had the perfect food and atmosphere I was looking for until I entered Lilith last night. Everything about this restaurant is phenomenal. The service from being greeted to the absolutely awesome server we had was excellent! The food had a wow factor rarely found in Pittsburgh. I’m not usually a huge fan of how vegetables are cooked most places and the veggies in my dish just blew things out of the water. You could tell they were fresh and local too. The fish I had was just amazing. It was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Needless to say I will be back again and again now to experience more culinary delights!”

“This is such a beautiful establishment! We ate outside in the courtyard garden area and it was so lively. The waitstaff accommodated me as a vegan, and luckily, many of the appetizers were vegan, and one of the entrees is vegan as well, the pumpkin curry. For dessert we had YUMMY mango sticky rice! My only complaint is the drinks are a tad pricey, but they are still worth it. Updated from previous review on 2026-07-27”

“I happened upon this coffee shop on a whim and felt welcomed from the moment I walked through the door. Honestly, it was like I stepped into a cozy fantasy novel. The atmosphere is friendly and you can *feel* the care and thoughtfulness that goes into the service. There are so many drink choices that I'm glad there's a wheel to spin for inspiration. Fate landed on a spiced pear chai and it was phenomenal. I already want to go back.”
