Recently found out about Jimmy's Dogs from a friend, and I must say they are quite delicious. Sort of similar to a "Chicago Dog" with the pickle spear on it, but then goes back to simplicity with onions and mustard. Not going to say they're as good as Willy Joe's, but definitely worth the stop if you're on the east side of the LV.
I have a long history with these hot dogs. When I was a little girl my father used to take my mother and me to Jimmy's which was located in a small stand on the banks of the Delaware River in Phillipsburg, NJ. He'd say now I'm taking my favorite women to my favorite restaurant with my favorite view and there we'd be at Jimmy's Hot Dogs. BEst hot dogs on the planet bar none! !00 years of tradition. Sometimes the simplest way is the best way. I have eaten hot dogs all over this country and none have been better than these.
