“I love the food, best pizza place I've found near my job, and the service is very friendly, but it is surprisingly hard to pay for it. My first trip I picked up I'd left my card at the store. Honest mistake, could have been my fault even, but ordering delivery a week later I wasn't asked if I'm paying with cash or card, and when I called back to correct that, he had somehow written the card number in the opposite order from what I'd told him. I also don't recall him asking for the expiration date, but he claimed the payment went through. It all seemed very unusual.“
“Tried this place for the first time and was absolutely blown away. I picked up five pies today for my contractors, and I only went here because they suggested it and I am beyond pleased with the service and food. The guy I talked with at the store named Chris I think he might be the owner, was a great guy and even hooked my contractors up with free cookies! Really appreciate it Chris! The pizzas were fresh and hot being finished as I walked in! We will keep coming back! 15/10 amazing!“
“I ordered from here as I am always looking for a good pie. This place just opened up. We ordered two pizzas, the white pizza, the Donato and a square Brooklyn style pizza, the Smitty. Both were quite good, the Donato nice and chewy the Smitty a bit more tough and crispy. The sauce is dolloped on, much more viscous than your typical tomato sauce on a pie but much more flavorful. People here were nice and friendly. They didn't look particularly busy and my pies were ready in the time given. There were a lot of pies visible on the counter so from the looks of things you might be able to score some pizza by the slice, but I'm not sure about that. Look at the pictures on line. My pies looked just like them.“
“I dont usually write reviews but this place definitely deserved one. My boyfriend and I heard about this place online and decided to make the 30-40 minute drive to try it out and it for sure did NOT disappoint. Food was amazing and tasted so fresh. The owner (Vince) was very welcoming and nice. We will for sure be back again... maybe even tomorrow!! Lol“

“A simple mistake is why this review is warranted. I ordered a Chx Csr Sld (+ext drs) and picked it up late one evening. The next day when I grabbed the bag for lunch there was no dressing, not even the extra dressing. So, since I live 2 blocks away I stopped by while running errands, got the salad dressing and five apologies, which weren't even necessary. I felt bad they even had concern, it's just salad dressing. They're Caesar is also good enough to eat dry the next day if necessary. The dressing just makes your gums numb, it's addictive, ya know? It's why I order the salad, so anyway...I've been to Spatolas 200+ times and that's the first mistake they've ever made. Scout's Honor. Never a mistake, a wrong order or lack in quality.- When you get delivery and they say "it'll be about 35 minutes" they mean it will be 35 minutes. Because they're on time. Always.- Burgers excellent, pizza superb, great onion rings. They do the entire menu excellently, and they do it that way every time.- The staff has always been great, never an issue. Delivery drivers very polite. Spatolas operates like a high end restaurant in the back of house and a friendly neighborhood pizza joint in the front, which it is. It manages to deliver both.Spatolas is rated 99.5% on my scale. 5 stars. Two Thumbs Up.But what prompted this long winded review was that the missing dressing incident happened 3 weeks ago. I order this salad about once a week. Last week, and tonight, my bag was checked by them before I left to confirm the extra dressing. Their PoS system must have notes because that's crazy attention to detail. Or everyone's on ADHD meds...but either way. Thank you for being a fixture in the neighborhood.
