My wife had a craving for a baked potato at 8:30 at night, so I took her to Wendy's for one of their famous potatoes....and they were out! It would not have been so bad if this was not the THIRD Wendy's we had gone to, and they were all out. One even had the doors locked at 8 pm. What's going on, Wendy's?
Being told by the manager that I can’t have hot fries with my order is bogus! Being dismissed by the drive-thru cashier because the line was getting long & I wanted hot fries was unprofessional. I asked for hot fries while placing my order. I will say that the only person who wanted to help me & did was Merle. He not only told me that he would drop hot fries for my order, he brought my fries to my car & was so kind about the entire situation. Please hire more people like him,...read full review

The manager really tried to charge me almost $4 for a cup of ice. Outrageous. Very horrible customer service and when I said something about it he got an attitude with me. Corporate needs to train there managers on customer service
