I have been ordering from Dominos Perkasie for several years and hadn't had a problem with delivery or the food until my recent order. It arrived an hour very late, couldn't track on app, phones down, and received my order burnt and with lack of meats/chicken. I called when manager was in and got a sarcastic attitude, he blamed Corporate for the stores troubles and offered no credit of any kind, just his unprofessional attitude. I will not be ordering from here any longer.
I've been placing orders at this little place for years, & they've never disappointed me. They have made small mistakes here & there, but it's nothing that they didn't fix in the end. Customer service has always been nothing short of amazing. Thank you for showing my family & I the utmost of respect & care!

This store does a great job. The food is consistently good, and I always gotten exactly what I ordered. Delivered hot in a reasonable time. Regardless of the weather, they’re usually open too. Tip your drivers. ?
