The manager is very rude I stood in line for 15 minutes and she told me to wait that there was a lot of cars in the driveway but there was only 1 car. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked to be helped again and started talking in her language laughing with the others. trash! ordered four large chai lattes and it was completely watered down. it tasted like flavored water. unfortunately i didn't realize until getting home, a whole 25 minutes away!

I usually do not have an issue with this location. However, today I skipped the drive-through as it appeared to seem very backed up.
