I usually do not have an issue with this location. However, today I skipped the drive-through as it appeared to seem very backed up. So I went in and ordered from the kiosk, which usually is a lot faster. I waited 20 minutes for a large hot coffee with extra cream, extra sugar. The only reason I got my order was because I spoke up and said some thing to one of the girls who worked there. Turns out my coffee had been sitting on the counter by the drive-through window, ready to go for at least 15 minutes, and no one was able to turn around and put it on the right counter so I could grab it. You could see the girls working were in no rush and did not care.

The manager is very rude I stood in line for 15 minutes and she told me to wait that there was a lot of cars in the driveway but there was only 1 car. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked to be helped again and started talking in her language laughing with the others. Also a new girl that started working there has been racist towards mixed races and give awful attitude she should be fired she has this nasty attitude doesn't say your welcome or nothing. She give you the stuff and walks away with an attitude. I'm about to call someone on the manager there and about the disrespectful girl. The food has been burnt recently and my drinks have been getting messed up recently.

trash! ordered four large chai lattes and it was completely watered down. it tasted like flavored water. unfortunately i didn't realize until getting home, a whole 25 minutes away!

Worst ever. Ordered and reordered a double espresso. You get a big heavy cup of dark stale coffee. You can tell instantly by the heavy weight they are making it wrong and passing off old stale coffee. But somehow DD corporate doesn't quality check this place because the orders and cleanliness of this place are terrible. Seriously, all Perkasie area DD are closed 1/2 the time and have terrible versions of DD products. They should all be closed and open new ones with workers and owners that understand how the products should taste and be made. If you can't make the espresso just remove it from the menu.

I don’t know if the drive thru girl was having a bad day, but she was extremely rude. She gave me the wrong order which wasn’t an issue until she treated me like it was my fault. I tried to be pleasant, but she was shaking her head as she thrust my coffee out at me then grunted when I said, thank you. Yes grunted. I think I’m done at this location. ☹️

The last couple times I have gone, they never put the syrup or sugar I ask for in my coffee. The also only fill it up 3/4 of the way. Bacon is always burnt. I was about to drive away but I checked my bag first, they didn't even give me the donuts I payed for, and they were annoyed when I asked for them. Might just drive to the Quakertown one from now on.

SuxManager is nasty.I asked for a chocolate donut at 4pmand they DIDN'T have them.It's A DONUT store without donuts.I often get a brewed tea ,they never have lemons.First dunkin I ever experienced that.

Just left the lobby.Saw 3 employees behind the counter.No one greeted me.No one said “just one minute”They served 4-5 cars at the drive thru before I finally said “hello, can I get some service please”Then another woman walked up said one minute and took the next order over her headset.Even though I can walk there I’ll just start driving to Wawa.It wasn’t that busy and you need to learn to juggle lobby and drive thru patrons.
