Sorry, not sorry. Nasty. Don't recommend this location. Used to be super delicious. Got cinnamon sugar bites and was Just a cup of sugar and a few hard pieces of pretzel buried in the sugar under. My son an I were very disappointed. This chain used to be the best and like a comfort food. Never will go to this location again. Not fresh at all. I love this place! They serve great food, their menu is rich, The chief cook in that spot is a real authority in the kitchen, I love a lot tasting all their dishes. The food is consistently good, the service towards the clients is agreeable. I visit often this place and I was never unsatisfied. I recommend it to all.

Not sure what the lady cashiers problem is but her attitude and ignorance was dripping off of her. Then charged me for 2 pretzels when I ordered one and when I said something the guys like “only 2 pretzels” like what? Just because you’re unable to communicate doesn’t mean you can rip people off. And how do you make gross auntie Anne’s pretzels? Pathetic.
