Visited Bolo last night on a last minute reservation, we were three and ordered different items to share, small plates full of flavor, loved the pinchos/skewers pork belly and Vieiras, algo love the salmon crudo and mojitos were absolutely delicious, service was kind and wonderful, our server was the sweetest. Love a good Latin fair with taste from the decor to the presentation, would definitely go back!
I had come here on a whim while waiting for doors to open at the comedy club nearby. Hi, sat at the bar and ordered a few drinks and had the Maduros, which were so amazing. They had a perfect balance of sweet and savory, which really hit the spot. The bar staff are so sweet and Patrick really made my experience amazing. his ability to multitask in making drinks and keeping a conversation with guest is what makes me want to come back here all the time.
