The food I received tonight was absolutely horrible the rotisserie chicken was the driest chicken i have ever had and there is no cream of spinach. I did not receive that and i ordered. It was just spinach and garlic . This meal was completely disappointing and not worth the money i spent after a hard day at work .

They need to check on the rotisserie situation. Certain parts of the chicken's skin are always burned. They serve garlic spinach. I liked the creamed spinach, better.The broccoli was great though.Sweet potatoes were lumpy. Not sure why there is no consistency in the process of making the sides. My sweet potatoes used to always be smooth.Wheelchair accessibility: Not looking like it's available.The staff do not seem to be friendly,either. They just seem to want to rush you, even if you're the only one in line.I don't get it.

The place had a funky smell, and the rotisserie chicken was over cooked or very burnt skin and dry.The Mac n cheese tasted off and not flavorful. I was really dissapointed at this bc it’s usually very flavorful at a different joint but this one was kind of very bad tasting.The service was good, nice people but just the food wasn’t good at all…

This place need to be shut down. My mashed potatoes were scorched and unseasoned. The sweet potato’s were puréed like baby food. The chicken was way undercooked. The corn bread was really light in color and tasteless. The food was serving in regular plastic containers like Chinese store soups. Totally unacceptable . Never ever again!

I used to look forward to getting food from this store. The servers were cool but the food was awful. The chicken was so dry that I was looking for edible portions. The food used to be delicious but now nothing tasted anything like it used to. The food experience was very disappointing. The food deserves zero stars! Absolutely terrible experience all around. No greeting, no hi how are ya. Tall guy taking the food orders just says what you want. I tell him I'm ordering 4 platters and he rolls his eyes like I'm not spending money to fund his paycheck. After the 3rd one he goes are they all chicken? I say yes and he says why you aint tell me that from the beginning. Dude was an exemplary customer service representative for BM. Ill never spend another dollar there for the rest of my life
