I had a fantastic lunch and experience at Fuki. I was looking forward to a new ramen place to try when I saw it was being opened and boy I was not disappointed. The friend I went with has been to Japan and she said it's the most authentic ramen she's had in Philly - and we get a lot of ramen! The ramen's plating was gorgeous and it was so delicious. Fuki definitely earns a full 5-star from me for their wonderful service, ambience, and the breathtakingly beautiful presentation of their delicious dishes. A group of us went there for a dinner today, and each of us ordered a variety of their menu items. I opted for a salmon (sake) handroll for a starter and a deluxe sashimi with a side of miso soup for my entree. So happy i found this place and finally tried it. Fairly new and luckily 5 min drive from me. Chill vibes inside. Food was on point!
