We had the best service with Kate! She gave us tips on what to order and ahead of time was dead on. We started with a cocktail and had a glass of wine with dinner. We split the spicy chicken empanadas, delicious, however, we did not detect the spice. We split the green chili Caesar. Honestly, the best Caesar in town. I do t see how they get it so cold and crisp, it's amazing! We then each had a ceviche. The baby shrimp, which were much bigger than anticipated, such wonderful flavor! My daughter had the crab, the server suggested mixing it right away to get the sauce mixed in. Very good! It did need more liquid. We simply poured the extra shrimp sauce in the crab, it was superb after that. The tomato on the shrimp just gives it more moisture and such a good flavor! We can't wait to go back!

We had excellent service, delicious meals, & the ambience was wonderful. I requested for a table in the quietest spot for the 6 of us in a party & not only was that request honored they also made sure the overhead music was not too loud.

This is some of the best food I have ever been served at a restaurant. The service was top notch. My wife and I had both a wonderful and memorable experience. I gave my highest recommendation!

We arrived early evening. Had a great table with a view of the street. Skirt steak was awesome. Cherry ice cream was so rich, it was so purple it was almost black. Sam was a great server. There when we needed her but not intrusive.

We were seated immediately upon arrival for our reservation. Water arrived within seconds and our server arrived shortly after the water. We made our drink selections and then were able to savor the wines for a few minutes. Our served arrived a few minutes after the wine was served and asked if we were ready to place our food order. My decided to split a Caesar salad, my wife ordered the jumbo sea scallops and I ordered the black grouper and crab “cigar”. The salad was a perfect starter for us and the entrees were superb. We finished our dining with the “avocado ice cream” desert that was a wonderful delight to finish with. Courtney, our server, took very good care of us without “hovering”. We look forward to returning!

My wife and I went to Seviche for Valentine's Day. We were super excited because we hadn't been there in a while. We were seated in a back room that must be a party room or something. Not the main Restaurant. Then we found out that they were serving a limited menu. Two disappointments. The saving grace was the food was really good and the dessert was divine. Won't go back on Valentine's Day though. I want the entire experience for my $.

We were thrilled that the scallop dish is now served with pasta again and not just during the summer months. The taste is always perfection. We were disappointed by the service. The server intentionally spaced out our courses without asking us, and we could not understand why it was taking an hour to receive the entrée. When our entrée finally came, it contained something we requested to omit, which was very frustrating after waiting this long. This is one of our favorite restaurants we visit often but last night we were very disappointed.

We had a lovely meal with a personable and friendly server. The food was beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared. We had the Brie as an app that had some of the freshest blackberries and raspberries on it. This was followed by the Ahi Tuna and Skirt Steak for dinner. The skirt steak is always perfectly cooked and a go to at Seviche! For dessert we had the Tres Leches and Avocado Ice cream. Another masterpiece beautifully crafted. You can always guarantee a delicious meal when eating here.

First table, we were seated in had some huge spotlights in the ceiling, blinding us. We could not even view the menu. Had to ask to be reseated. Cocktails kinda slow. we both ordered the Churassco, both hit the table at room temp, not hot at all. Had to be replaced. The oyster App was ok. They threw in some mediocre desserts at no charge to make up for the meal, but still for $250 with tip for two people I would not go back.

What a wonderful dinner last night! Food was delicious, well seasoned and beautifully plated. Lane our server was extremely knowledgeable and kind. The level of hospitality they are operating at is few and far between. Cheers, Caleb

A long time favorite that is growing long in the tooth. Duck Nachos were a win. Crab Ceviche was a disappointment. Entrees were fine. But for the price, it wasn't what it once was. For a new diner in Louisville, the Old Favorites are certainly worth a try.

Oysters a la Lamas were tremendous. The Latin version of the Caesar is a game changer. The scallops are always tremendous. I switched the capellini for roasted broccoli and was not disappointed. Not sure how they pull off such a great smoky flavor with broccoli. We'll be back again and again!

As always a wonderful meal. A great place to enjoy spending time with friends. A bit of a snafu with the ordering had one person's food delivered way before the others, but that usually never happens. Delicious food and wonderful service.

We have been dining at Seviche for many years regularly and we had a disappointing experience recently. One vegetarian dish was seriously lacking, was 5 sprigs of broccoli and some stir fried rice for $31. The other real downer was the Cearsr salad, which I always get was really lacking ingredients as well and very little flavor. The service was great as always and the other dishes were as expected. We will be back and give it another try.
