This was the first and last time I will order from them. I ordered 4 lunch specials ( only got 3) I called they denied any mistake. I also ordered Kung po chicken, bland an not spicy. I got 2 egg roles, they had 5 layers of dough an almost no filling, the worst I ever had. The pork fried rice was hard an looked old, the wonton soups were terrible an came without any crispy noodles. The lunch specials entries were average or below, they did get the fortune cookies right. I'm going to dispute the missing special with my cc company. If I had looked at all the bad reviews I wouldn't have tried them. Will check out reviews before I try a new place.

I’ve went to three different Chinese restaurant and out of three of them China Royal was pretty descent. The food’s good it’s delicious I really like their chicken wings. Def will order from here

I’m leaving a review today just to let you know that The food that they are serving is horrible it’s not fresh and on top of that they’re remaking other people’s old orders and given it to new customers The person who owns the place had the audacity to disrespect me yell at me because I wanted a refund for the old food that they gave me I had got a Fried scallop platter and two shrimp rolls he charge me $16 and some change when he got here I gave him 20 and he wasn’t trying to give me back the rest of my change he had the audacity to just give me back a dollar due to the fact that I guess he thought he could just take whatever tip for delivering which is a two minute drive and on top of that when I ask for a refund due to the fact that my food was hard my fries was hard as a brick and my fried scallops were sour I only ate two of them and he was trying to charge me 5.99 just for eating too he only gave me back $12 and I gave him 20 this man is a scam and he is giving y’all dog food please do not eat from here. They’re nasty and they need to be shut down ASAP.

Somehow this guy doesn't know his menu is outdated, denies Google maps is showing different stuff etc and item I wanted to order shows in 2 different places ..pics of their printed menu and thru view menu tab.. old guy wants to argue and deny his own menu and jack price of item he says he don't have by 9.00. Done.. you lost my business.

There was a man that answered the phone he was so disrespectful and impatient he was screaming and hollering because I gave him the wrong security number to my debit card it was a honest mistake thought I new my numbers by heart so I said give me a min and I’ll just read it off my card he would not allow me to give it to him a second time, which is fine I offered to Pay in cash he continue to scream at me like I was a child or worse a felon, I’ve never been so disrespected over the phone, I would not recommend to anyone he can keep his food and his attitudeKid-friendliness: My kids in the back round could of been disturbing him but his attitude was uncalled for
