I ordered a 15$ burrito bowl (price included two tortillas on the side which I eat by themselves, they're that good when warm!) this was on a Sunday at 11am for pickup in the drive-thru at 11:20. It was ready on time and handed over by a young gentleman who had a positive attitude. Food is good, everyone knows that. But, my first purchase and experience was disappointing. It's difficult to find people that enjoy their jobs in the customer service industry. It really doesn't hurt to be cordial and smile. I'm going to stick with Chick-fil-A.
