“I've tried a few other dunkin in the neighborhood on uber eats and the order would be wrong or sandwich not cooked/melted all the way. I finally found this store and saw 5 stars so decided to try them. I was so glad I did. I've ordered quite a few times and it's always right, delicious and fresh! I decided to stop in today and every last staff was friendly and warm. I asked for the manager to let her know I order on uber and coming in just showed me even more why they deserve 5 stars ?. Keep up the great work!“

“This is my neighborhood Dunkin, I've been going here for years. They've got conscientious, friendly staff, always quick with my order so I'm in, out and on my way. This is the only Dunkin that gets my coffee right every time, no matter who makes it. My daughter got me a Mother's Day treat from here recently, everything was perfect, as usual.“

“I usually love this Dunkin’, but I’m not sure what’s going on lately because my order has been wrong the last 4 times.

I do a mobile order and get avocado toast with bacon and an egg. Since it’s not an actual menu item, figure it’s easier to do mobile than communicating through a speaker with traffic in the background.

Perfect every time except the last two weeks I’m missing either the egg or the bacon. This morning is the egg that’s missing. I even stopped going for a few days thinking they had new staffing who was getting into the swing of things, but to no avail.

Yes, I could check before pulling away, which is on me 100%, but this Dunkin’ be poppin so there’s always a line of cars and usually a sketch handful of panhandlers around so I try to be quick in and out without having my car windows down for longer than necessary which is why I don’t check.

As far as staff, everyone is super friendly and pleasant, even at dark thirty in the morning.

*Update edit* They have worked out the kinks of new staff it seems! I went to a different Dunkin the last month or so, but was running behind one morning this week so I stopped at this one since it’s right by my job. Everything has been spot on and gotta say, they do make the best drinks here. My substitute Dunkin drinks were far inferior compared to the South Columbus shop. And staff is so friendly“

“I am across the street doing laundry on a Sunday afternoon so I decided to cross the Street to visit and purchase some goodies at DUNKIN. Just got my hot sandwich with my refreshing Matcha and a wonderful customer service by the cashier that took care of me.
I know now and days we are going through things and having rough times but to be able to go into a location and make your purchase so smooth and happy with respectful and well mannered customer service is top-tier.
The location on Torresdale Avenue across the street from Tacony laundromat.“

“Anytime I am in here they are running around like a well oiled machine. The workers are very courteous at the register and food and coffee comes out quick and it’s always made well. Also my wife and I drink midnight coffee and they always make it fresh!!“

“Best quality of coffee in Philly, would drive a few miles here than somewhere close bc of how good it is, and how the coffee is persistent, good customer experience, clean store. You can taste the difference in quality here compared to other Dunkin’s. ?

“I am in this store frequently (they're right by my job and my boss has a Dunkin addiction, lol). Anyway, I love the service here, especially by the manager on the morning, and the malr employees on the afternoons and evenings. The couple of times I have ever had to have them fix a mistake, they did it quickly, and with a minimum of attitude (though both times, it was young women who gave me attitude, the young men were sweet and apologetic). The only thing I would say needs improvement is the lobby needing to be cleaned properly.“

“This is one of my favorite Dunkins'. They are friendly, except for one of the ladies and they get my mobile order correct. I have only had maybe two times that it wasn't and they corrected the error right away. It's busy on weekday mornings but not too bad. Nice stop for breakfast.

Parking: A little hard to park in the mornings.“

“When I walked in to pick up my mobile order, I noticed the only employee there on the floor on a prayer mat. I gave him time to finish his prayer and he stood up and asked if I was waiting for an order. After he gave me my food and coffee, I walked out, but just as I left I noticed he had put his prayer mat on the shelves where the mobile orders go. The mat had just been on the floor, and now was on a shelf that holds people's food. I am all for religious freedom, but store employees can practice their religion and keep a sanitary environment, too. He should have placed the prayer mat in a discreet corner where customers won't see.“

“Vegetarian options: They have some vegetarian items but u have to actively look for them and I think they should have a section for things like vegetarian options but currently they don't

Parking: There is no parking, ALOT of public transportation from busses to regional rail and the el, but parking you'd have to find somewhere nearby to park and walk back to Dunkin

Kid-friendliness: Always makes my son feel special, with an extra donut or cup of ice water. Very friendly environment for kids and adults alike:)

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes you can get a wheelchair inside by both entrances and it's a straight line from order to pick up,so wheelchairs are accessible“

“I had a nice time at dunkin' donuts this morning. My iced coffee was good but one thing that was bothering me was that it was extremely crowded inside of the dunkin' donuts and the employees were taking orders like one person's order every 5 minutes or“

“I made an order through the drive thru around noon today and I just wanted to say how amazing the service was! The man at the window, Tristan was amazing. He has such a great personality and helped me with my Dunkin' rewards on the app.

The food is always good at Dunkin', but at other locations the workers are not so nice. I would definitely recommend this location in Morrell Plaza. They have 2 places to order at the drive thru for quick service, and they have workers like Tristan who love their job and help to brighten your day!

I got the loaded hashbrowns, egg white and veggie omelette bites, and a turkey sausage wake-up wrap. all delicious!“

“For my work I sometimes I have to put in very large box of joe coffee and hot chocolate orders along with large orders for dozens of donuts. This location is my favorite to frequent as they are always so helpful if I call a day ahead and go through the order. They had a total of ten box of joes and 12 dozen donuts all ready for me the following day at the time I requested. They even went above and beyond and loaded up everything in my car, which was so appreciated! The location is super clean and everyone is so friendly and happy to help whether my order is small or very large for work. HIGHLY recommend!!!“

“This is by far the best location of DD. I work all the way downtown Center City, and was going to the location near my job. However, since 66th is not far from me, I buy my coffee here. And Just heat it up once I get o work downtown. The workers are nice & sweet. The inside is clean, and it's never crowded. So this will for sure be my go to DD spot.“

Food didn't look like it was slapped together sloppy like so I'd say go to this Dunkin rather than the one lurking on Cottman ave. “Cool selection of donations! Digital ordering like at McDonalds. Then everything happens very quickly. Quality is very consistent. The coffee is good but not great. Parking: It's a small DD parking lot is limited and street parking is very limited . Better going through the drive in.“

“I go to this dunkin multiple times a day. Staff is always pleasant and respectful. Most know what I want or how to make my order when they see me, so that's always nice. They are accommodating if something runs out and they are kind to the local homeless community, which is a major plus.“

“Everytime I'm here it's a pleasant experience. The transactions are smooth and timely. What I want is usually in supply. The strawberry coolata with hash browns is my favorite thing to get there. “I've been going to this particular Dunkin Donuts for over 10 years. Overall, Dunkin has always had inconsistent quality across the entire franchise, but this spot is good in retrospect. The morning drive-thru greeter has always had an upbeat positive attitude, more than the other local options. The site is rather small, so the morning rush hour drive-thru lines get awkward fast as it starts to spill out into the main road. Atmosphere is rather limited as well as it's more of a come and go spot.“

“I just want to give a big thanks to Kim and Ali and all the staff at this store. Kim greeted me and assisted me with great customer service. Her smile brightened the whole franchise.
