Most unwelcoming and unaccommodating staff ever. Seems like it’s family owned and ran… why buy a Dunkin franchise if you hate serving people this much. I go here every morning for necessities and start off my day on such a bitter note.

Went very often but not planning on going to this location anymore. Don't really feel like standing awkwardly at the register till someone feels like accepting my patronage. It's lovely to stand there while two employees just stand a couple feet awhile minding their business. It was already hard enough to get the order of extra sugar in my coffee in the first place.

Dunkin in Philly should just give it up. Again, orders usually wrong, or missing. ?Dunkin increased prices, decreased ? quality, and robbing customers too? ?. Do better Dunkin.

The cashier should be fired, so extremely rude! My two little girls had to pee extremely badly and I had asked the cashier if after I buy some donuts if they could you the bathroom. He said no without a care then I had asked if he knew one they could use on the area since it was an emergency and he said no to get out. The audacity treating other human beings especially two little girls in such a manner. I advise not to come here and support a business runned by such cruel people.

stopped in for a couple of bagels. none to be seen in the racks but told that yes, they had bagels. ordered two cinnamon. got back to our room to discover they were dry, hard, and overbaked with burnt bottoms. returned them, asking for replacements or a refund. they now suddenly (at about 830a or so) had only had plain bagels to offer. no thanks. received a half-hearted "sorry." quite sure that "sorry" was about us not sucking up a product that should have been tossed in the bin.
Disgusting. The place was a mess and not a single customer. The lady who prepared the food coughed all over the food station then bagged and handed my sandwich. If I didn’t have my daughter with me I would have raised hell. Instead, I walked out and thru it the trash. No wonder the place was empty. My mistake for not reading the reviews first. Stay away!!
