This is one of the only Ecuadorian restaurants in the area and it is the best. The recipes are either authentic or very close to it depending on what region of Ecuadorian food you're used to eating. They also have fried guinea pig which is crazy hard to find. It is a bit pricey but it's a specialty family restaurant so I have no issue paying extra.
