If I can give the services 6 stars I would, magnificent services, our server Melody we attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The food was amazing. It was cooked to perfection and came out in a very timely manner. The atmosphere was absolutely fantastic, I love the slogan that it all over the establishment and to go bags, it says something like "we love all and serve all." Another plus is the option to buy your drink glass. I had such a good time that I definitely will visit not only this location but any other location in other states that I visit.

The food was very good. I had the Surf and Turf (spicy shrimp on a steak burger. The drinks were also on point. Our waitress was superb. Will go again next time I spend the day in Philly.

Our First server was a very angry and sassy Hispanic male who was very unprofessional who took 15 minutes (and only when prompted) to even greet us. He didn’t even offer us a glass of water! He was definitely a Diva who needs a reality check! Our second server however was Amazing and ALMOST made us forget the horrible experience of the “50 year old Waiter”

The management is FAKE and clearly disorganized. Witnessed them treating a server very poorly, I hope the server quits, they did a fantastic job. If you have the same experience just know that the manager and General Manager are unprofessional and classless.
Pretty much a solid experience every time we have gone. Nothing exceptional but definitely solid for a better and chain restaurant. Really happy that they put sodium levels on the menu. It's actually shocking to see how high sodium levels are in the food we enjoy and at least this restaurant chain is smart enough to try to help people stay healthy. We really appreciate that. It definitely limited the menu options, but at least we had an educated choice.The drinks were really good and after a long day at the convention center it was quite the welcome relief to a long day with a nice meal together.

The staff is the shining star here but the speed of service especially for a restaurant that is much much smaller than one would expect is very slow as in slow enough it made me wonder if there was only one person on the line making food for the whole of the restaurant or at least no one expediting the orders.

Nothing special or extravagant unlike other Hard Rock Cafés like those in Miami or New YorkThe service was slow and disinterested even for a soda refill, unlike others who were seen to be attended to with total interest.Very generic food with flavors that you can compare with that of a Little Cesars or McDonald'sFinding parking, waiting to be seated, served, the food arrives, and even given the bill to leave. It is better that you stop to pay yourself since of the 3 waiters who asked for the bill to pay, they did not choose to serve me. called otherwise they let the waitress who served us take care of it.In the end they didn't even deserve the tip but you have to be empathetic because we don't know what treatment they receive from the restaurant for them to work reluctantly or with little interest.
