I expected more from the food and the feel of the place. I told my server I forgot to tell her to prepare my drink with diet sugar and she just looked at me as "too bad" , the very least I expected was some sympathy.

On 12/3/23 I went to the Hard Rock Cafe in Philly for a burger, told server I was allergic to onions she out in the order, but when my burger was delivered to me it had onions on it, my server Diamond who was very professional explained to me she put the order in for on onions, manager John comped my meal for the mistake, I thanked him for his professionalism
