Heckers son still owns it he never got married n.wow he would of made someone a fantastic husband it was great.seeing the store n my old house were I was born n raised i.sat in the park.n ate my radio ball n took my 2 Chihuahua prince n Ginger a wall around the grace yard were I walk my first Chihuahua I was 8 n his name snoopy I miss him
This place is a multi generational owned business and has been in the Port Richmond neighborhood for decades, family owned and operated Gus the owner and the ladies working behind the counter are very friendly. They have a counter with stools where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner and converse with the neighbors.
