The worst Popeyes I have ever experienced. Order chicken tender family meal through the app. Chicken fingers were not delivered. Called to ask would I be able to just pick them up. The person over the phone was loud, ghetto, and rude. The person kept yelling and then finally said you can come pick them up. I went to pick them up as discussed and was met with nothing but animosity and yelling and was informed I would not be getting anything. A complete waste of my time when they could just told me they can't replace an item they left out. Will never return to the location again!

I like the Popeye's on Hunting park, next to the tire shop, but let me tell you about the one on Broad street by the (35th.)District. I was very impressed with the store,the staff was young but professional, food was hot and Omar and the crew have their (bleep)together.

This is probably the cleanest, most spacious, bright and welcoming Popeyes I've been to in Philly. Service was a bit slow, but no slower than any of the Popeyes in the city I've been to. I was quick to be waited on, but waited a bit for my food (2 piece combo). It's been a minute since I've been to Popeyes and goodness, didn't realize inflation rose that combo to $11+ with tax - but it looks like you can get the same combo for $8 during their lunch hours. The cashier was very friendly and the vibe was good amongst employees. The food itself was great. The chicken was really juicy on the inside, and I can agree with the other reviewer that it seemed their fryer had fresh oil based on how the fried chicken tasted. Good Popeyes to consider, with a convenient parking lot

First time at this location and it was clean and quick. Customer service was great. The cashier really made sure my order was correct before accepting payment. Soda machine, utensils and condiments were not accessible to the customers.
The girl at the register was very rude the food was not hot the Mac n cheese was Gross it had way to much cheese you can’t have more cheese than pasta Popeyes I took it back and told them it wasn’t hot she snatched it took it to the back did something then nastily gave it back now I’m thinking what did she do this this I’m nit eating it I quietly left.

I went here last week and was impressed with the crunchy chicken and perfect biscuits. I came back today. Parking: private lotAtmosphere: bright & decorative. Very spacious.Service: Not bad. The workers worked together to make sure our order was correct. Food: wings butterfly shrimp, Mac n cheese fries, biscuits, and strawberry biscuits. Their grease is clean; you can tell by how the fries food comes out and taste. Their biscuits are hot and perrefect!! I can only get a biscuit made just r8ght from south Philly Popeyes on Broad St. Well kpw I can add this location. I ate that biscuit with my eyes closed!!! Whew!! Today, I was annoyed but the small wings and the mac n Cheese I was given. They gave me overcooked cheese and not much Macaronii. I'll be sure to check what I'm given before leaving. Overall, I like this location and will come here from now on.

Those 5 star reviews look suspect because they NEVER GET YOUR DELIVERY ORDER CORRECT!!! Door Dash, Uber Eats, Grub Hub or even through the Popeyes app. There is a 70% chance this location is going to screw up your order. But the worst thing is THE EXACT ORDER IS ON THE RECEIPT!! How can you miss it?? Seriously? It says 6 wings and you don't give me the Sweet and Spicy wings. Get it together and stop having your employees post these fake reviews!!!
