I like the Popeye's on Hunting park, next to the tire shop, but let me tell you about the one on Broad street by the (35th.)District. I was very impressed with the store,the staff was young but professional, food was hot and Omar and the crew have their (bleep)together.
This is probably the cleanest, most spacious, bright and welcoming Popeyes I've been to in Philly. Service was a bit slow, but no slower than any of the Popeyes in the city I've been to. I was quick to be waited on, but waited a bit for my food (2 piece combo). It's been a minute since I've been to Popeyes and goodness, didn't realize inflation rose that combo to $11+ with tax - but it looks like you can get the same combo for $8 during their lunch hours.
